Bismah Maroof led the charge for Pakistan, scoring 37 runs off 30 deliveries while chasing a target of 151. She was the top scorer for Pakistan in this incredible match. Following closely behind was Sidra Ameen, who added 33 runs from 31 balls to the team’s total.

Aliya Riaz emerged as the hero by striking the winning runs on the final delivery of the match, helping Pakistan’s women’s team achieve their highest-ever successful T20I run chase.

During the first innings, South Africa’s opening duo of Laura Wolvaardt and Tazmin Brits put together an impressive partnership of 85 runs before Nashra Sandhu of Pakistan dismissed Wolvaardt.

Brits showcased exceptional batting skills, amassing 78 runs, including 10 boundaries, which significantly boosted South Africa’s overall score to 150/3.
