In the ongoing Australian tour, Indian commentator Harsha Bhogle praised two standout players from the Pakistani cricket team.
On a platform named X, Bhogle highlighted the stellar performances of Salman Agha and Aamer Jamal.
“Pakistan might have lost the series (though they seem set to win this test), but they’ve uncovered two exceptional talents. Salman Agha and Aamer Jamal,” Harsha Bhogle expressed on X.
Aamer Jamal left a mark with 12 wickets in the first two Tests and a strong 82-run contribution, aiding Pakistan to reach 313 runs in the first innings of the current New Year’s Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
Continuing his remarkable form, Jamal secured a six-wicket haul, reaching a total of 18 wickets in the series. Impressively, his Test debut at the Perth Stadium showcased his skill with an exceptional six-wicket performance.
Meanwhile, Agha Salman, a consistent presence in Pakistan’s Test squad for a year, demonstrated his batting prowess with a half-century in the Melbourne Test. His form remained intact, adding another fifty in the Sydney Test, bolstering Pakistan’s first-innings total.
Agha displayed his all-round abilities by crucially dismissing players like David Warner and Marnus Labuschagne in the ongoing Sydney Test.
