Andrew Symonds’ Son Joins Pakistan Team for a Day in Tribute

Before the third and final Test match between Australia and Pakistan, a new face joined the visiting team. Will Symonds, son of the late former Australian cricketer Andrew Symonds, participated actively in training alongside Shan Masood and the rest of the Pakistani squad.

The Pakistan team warmly welcomed Will Symonds, extending greetings that included Shaheen Afridi, Mohammad Rizwan, Babar Azam, and captain Shan Masood. Masood graciously offered him a Pakistan team training cap, and they shared a photograph together to mark the occasion.

During the team’s warm-up session, Symonds was seen batting and even bowled a few deliveries to Rizwan, showcasing his enthusiasm for the sport.

It’s worth noting that Andrew Symonds, who passed away last year at the age of 46 in a car accident, had a distinguished cricket career. He represented Australia in various formats, contributing significantly to their successes in World Cups and the Ashes against England.
