Several key New Zealand players may be absent from the upcoming T20I series between NZ vs PAK in April due to their duties in the Indian Premier League (IPL), as per sources.

NZ vs PAK Player’s to be Absent:

  4. Rachin Ravindra
  5. Trent Boult

These Players are expected to be settled with IPL duties during New Zealand’s tour of Pakistan.

The IPL has already announced an initial schedule comprising the first 21 matches slated between March 22 and April 7.

The finalized fixture details will be revealed following the announcement of dates for the national elections by the Election Commission of India, anticipated in April and May.

With the IPL final scheduled for May 26, there will be a brief five-day gap before the commencement of the men’s T20 World Cup in the USA and the Caribbean on June 1.

Meanwhile, New Zealand is scheduled to tour Pakistan between April 14 and 28, with Lahore and Rawalpindi set to host the five-match series.
