Dahani’s hilarious Post, Iftikhar Ahmed’s Last-Minute Ambani Wedding Invitation

Pacer Shahnawaz Dahani, a member of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Multan Sultans, shared a funny post about his teammate, all-rounder Iftikhar Ahmed, on his official X (formerly Twitter) account on Monday.

Dahani’s post humorously mentioned an unexpected “last-minute Ambani pre-wedding invitation” for Iftikhar Bhai, escorted by the popular hashtag ‘Iftimania.’

The head of the Indian empire Reliance and Asia’s richest individual with a net worth of $114 billion, according to Forbes, Mukesh Ambani, hosted a three-day pre-wedding celebration for his youngest son, Anant Ambani, 28, who is set to marry his long-time girlfriend, Radhika Merchant, 29.

The festivities started on Friday, attracting approximately 1,200 guests from across the globe to Jamnagar, Gujarat.

Notable attendees at the lavish affair included Bill Gates, and Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg, along with several cricketers and Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.

Meanwhile, reports indicated that Karachi Kings’ star all-rounder, Kieron Pollard, temporarily left the team’s squad to travel to Mumbai to participate in the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani.

Pollard’s absence will extend for four days, causing him to miss the Kings’ upcoming match against the in-form Multan Sultans on Sunday (March 3) at the National Bank Stadium, Karachi.

However, Pollard is anticipated to rejoin the Kings’ squad on March 4 in Rawalpindi, where he will be prepared to face the Quetta Gladiators on March 6.
