Pakistan Cricket Board Friday announced the PSL 2024 schedule. Pakistan Super League (PSL) ninth season is set to kick off on February 17, 2024, at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. In the opening match, Lahore Qalandars, the two-time champions and reigning titleholders, will face off against Islamabad United, champions in 2016 and 2018.
This premier Pakistan cricketing tournament will be held in four cities—Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi—with the grand final at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi on March 18. The tournament, featuring six teams, is structured around 34 T20 matches.
Throughout the competition, Karachi will host 11 matches, including the Qualifier, two Eliminators, and the final. Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi each will host nine matches, while Multan, renowned as the city of saints, is slated to witness five matches.

The Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings will face each other in An eagerly awaited clash on February 24 and March 9. Gaddafi Stadium will host the February 24 encounter, and the National Bank Stadium will be the stage for the Qalandars versus Kings match on March 9.
Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Multan Sultans, and Islamabad United will play five matches at their respective home grounds. Pindi Cricket Stadium will host Peshawar Zalmi in four matches. While, Quetta Gladiators will play three matches each in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi, with one match in Multan against the home side on February 25.
Like the previous edition, the upcoming ninth edition of the PSL will unfold in two legs. The matches from February 17 to 27 are scheduled to take place at Multan Cricket Stadium and Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, hosting a total of 14 matches. Second-leg action will then transition to Rawalpindi and Karachi, where 16 matches will be played from February 28 to March 12. The tournament will reach its knockout stage in Karachi with the playoffs.
