Van der Dussen also played a crucial role, scoring 133 runs off 118 balls, which included nine fours and five sixes. David Miller’s quick 53 runs off 30 balls helped South Africa reach a competitive total of 357 runs.
New Zealand’s bowlers struggled to contain the dominant South African batsmen. The Black Caps are set to face Pakistan in an important match on November 4 in Bengaluru, with the outcome potentially influencing their chances of reaching the semi-finals. South Africa will play against India on November 5 in Kolkata.
