According to reports, the technical team is currently working to resolve the cyberattack on the website. “There has been a cyberattack on the PSL 9 ticketing website (pcb.tcs.com.pk). The ticketing partners’ technical team is addressing the issue efficiently. We expect a quick resolution and anticipate the website to be operational again soon,” stated PSL in their social media updates.

It’s worth noting that ticket sales were supposed to start on February 6 at 5:00 pm, but due to the cyberattack, there has been a delay.

In other news, it has been announced that physical tickets will be mandatory for all PSL 9 matches. E-tickets, including self-printed or digital copies, will not be accepted for entry at any of the four venues during the tournament.

Physical tickets will be available for purchase at designated TCS express centers starting from February 12, 2024. Additionally, tickets booked online can be collected from designated pick-up centers or delivered to homes by courier services.

The opening ceremony and the first match of the ninth edition of PSL are scheduled to take place on February 17 at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. Ticket prices for the matches vary, with VIP tickets priced at PKR 6,000, Premium at PKR 3,000, First Class at PKR 2,000, and General at PKR 1,000.

For the final match, which will be held on March 18 at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi, VIP tickets are priced at PKR 8,000, Premium at PKR 4,000, First Class at PKR 2,500, and General at PKR 1,000.
