This win marks Quetta Gladiators’ fourth victory in the competition, while Karachi Kings now tally three losses in five games.

The chase was initially set up by Jason Roy and Saud Shakeel, who put up 57 runs for the opening partnership. However, Karachi Kings suffered a dramatic collapse in the middle overs, losing quick wickets.

Despite the setbacks, the 25-year-old Rutherford showcased his prowess, taking on the Karachi bowlers and leading Quetta to a nail-biting win with a stunning display of hitting in the final over, where he scored 15 runs off Anwar Ali.
