Aus vs Pak Highlights: The Pakistani cricket team,  suffered a 14-run defeat in their second and final warm-up match against Australia.

Despite outstanding performances from their skipper, Babar Azam, who scored an impressive 90 runs, and Iftikhar Ahmed, who contributed 83 runs, the Men in Green, couldn’t complete the chase of 352 runs and faced a defeat in their second practice game.

Fakhar Zaman and Imam-ul-Haq provided Pakistan with a strong start, forming a partnership of 35 runs.

Maxwell got Zaman out, and Pakistan lost the first wicket.

Abdullah Shafique entered the batting order at number three but couldn’t make a significant impact as he was dismissed by Sean Abbott’s sharp bowling.

The skipper, Babar Azam, had to retire hurt, but not before crafting a brilliant innings of 90 runs from just 59 balls.

After Babar Azam’s departure, Mohammad Nawaz assumed the captaincy duties. He played an aggressive innings, scoring 50 runs from 42 balls, which included six boundaries and a six.

As the overs progressed, Pakistan kept accumulating runs, thanks to some late fireworks from Usama Mir and Hasan Ali. They contributed valuable runs in the pursuit of the 352-run target.

In their innings, the Australian batsmen didn’t show any mercy to the Pakistani pacers. They posted an imposing total of 351 runs in their allotted 50 overs after choosing to bat first.

Glenn Maxwell scored 77 runs from 71 deliveries, hitting ten boundaries. Josh Inglis added 48 runs from 30 balls in the last 10 overs.

Usama Mir made a significant impact by taking two wickets in consecutive overs, dismissing the Australian openers.

For Pakistan, Usama Mir claimed two wickets, while Haris Rauf, Wasim Jr., and Shadab Khan each took one wicket.
