Pakistan’s opening match in the 2023 World Cup scheduled to be held against the Netherlands at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on October 6th.

Senior sports journalist Vikrant Gupta also reacted by expressing his shock, saying, “Shocking, to say the least.

In a warm-up match held yesterday at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad between Pakistan and the Netherlands, where the Men in Green played against Australia, fans granted access to the venue. Unfortunately, their experience marred by inadequate seating arrangements within the stadium.

However, A social media post on platform X showed dirty seats and caused outrage.

Many have criticized the BCCI for what they consider a disgraceful oversight in failing to ensure the cleanliness of the stadium seats.

It’s important to mention that the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium is designated to host just three matches during the 2023 World Cup.

Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and New Zealand will play matches here. Notably, this will be the only venue in the tournament where India will not be playing any matches.
