Pakistan could abstain from the 2023 World Cup

It is highly probable that Pakistan will not participate in the 2023 ODI World Cup in India due to a political statement made by Jay Shah, the BCCI secretary.

“India won’t travel to Pakistan for the Asia Cup next year and will instead push for a neutral venue.”

Despite the reservations about Pakistan visiting India for the ODI World Cup in 2023, Pakistan should monitor how the tournament is being planned.
